Great oven Works perfectly way better the the 3 year old jenn air we had that broke and was out of warranty. It would have been $1500 to repair. This oven actually cooks everything evenly unlike to old one

NEW Double Oven Trouble and No Help From LG

A DAY after our double oven was installed the upper oven light on the left side stopped working. Brand NEW product I havent been able to talk to a human representative only engagement from LG has been automated and theres no resolution. A poor product and no sense of urgency to take care of a customers need but theyre eager to take my money.

We were able to get our double oven installed before Thanksgiving and worked it like a work horse on Thanksgiving day. Both ovens were going in various modes and they worked like a charm. The only downside to this purchase was the third party delivery and installation company LG contracts. If you are doing an online purchase like I did do your research as to who they use and check their reviews. RXO in Sacramento Ca. reschedule my appointment three different times and then dropped off the oven but didnt install it like they were supposed to three days before Thanksgiving. Looking on Yelp I found that I wasnt an isolated case and that RXOs behavior and crummy customer service is their standard MO. I was forced to hire another installer at triple the cost at the 11th hour. While Im happy with my LG I wont be buying another one online because of the horrible third party companies they work with.
