From the beginning the oven has had problems, Kitchen Aid glued decal fell off within the first 3 days, loud humming from the fan, tech came out and replaced motor which was bad. After 1 month same issue. The tech who came out was awesome and knowledgeable-but he can only do so much with inferior product/workman ship. I bought a top of the line KitchenAid oven, but recurved a less than average product. Will not buy KitchenAid again.

We bought this about a month ago and just had installed in the last couple of weeks. Great oven capacity, lighting and large from window are nice. Quick to get up to temperature and baking is pretty easy and great results. We will see if the product is reliable in the next few months we have just started using it.

We r very satisfied with this model. It has many function. It's warm hold food. Also it bake cake and frozen pizza evenly. It's glass door does not get warm even at high temperatures ( < 450 F) . So this feature is good for those who have little one around. It's looks has made my kitchen into contemporary look. I recommend this oven to everyone.

We bought this in September but was not able to get it installed until November. Just in time for Thanksgiving. I love this product. It is very easy to use and it is a very sturdy product. I can't wait to bake my turkey in it this week. I would recommend it to anyone.

We installed the oven when we redid our kitchen this past month. Only used it a few times. I expecially like the sturdy oven racks which stay rigid when they are pulled open. You can place a heavy pan on them and they don't move. I'm new to convection ovens so I'm just learning how to use this feature.
