I was delighted with the stove. It came when promised. My biggest concern was no one told us that the conversion kit from natural gas to propane did not come with the stove all the research I did on gas stoves everybody I found out, except for Frigidaire includes the conversion kit.. I called the parts number or the conversion kit. It didn™€™t come. I went to the store. They had ordered a conversion kit. It never came finally two weeks later. I get a kit in the mail. That is my only complaint. It is a wonderful product and I love the way it works.

Very hard to keep clean.Burners are very difficult to controle. Unable to use the griddle as it burns everything and everything sticks. Small burners are behind the large ones . Have to reach over hot pots to stir smaller back pots. Low is to high and are unable to adjust flame.Broiler sucks. We haven't tried the other features yet. Our installers were unable to level our range so the oil runs to the back of our pans.

The stove works great, I do not care for the grill in the middle. I did what the instructions told me to do, and I came out with a brown mark on it, which I mean I have not used thegrill and now it looks dirty. the stove top burners it this white marks. Not sure if this is because it is cast iron?? If I new how to send a picture I would. I just know how to on mycell phone. Thanks for letting me tell you. Basically works as it should. But, the oven fan comes on even when using regular (non-convection) baking. Why should it need a fan? Also, the broiler is not gas, it's electric which sort of defeats the purpose of having a gas stove! Also, the grills put the pots and pans too far away from the flames - they are really elevated - so things take longer to heat up, even with the more powerful burners.

Oven heats up quickly, and I've only used the air get more to refresh some bread loaves. The install was straight forward, I just used the fittings from the last range. I've tried using the skillet to poor results. Other than smash burgers and seating pork, I'm not sure what is for. My cast Iron has much better versatility, including a large lip to prevent items from falling off.I would have much preferred a wok fitting instead of the skillet.

we love our new stove, but there are a few minor annoyances. We were told by the sales person that this has true air fryer-didn't mention that you need to buy the basket that is needed to use the air fryer feature. The included griddle is on the small side. If the burners were move about an inch or so towards the outer edge of the cooktop the griddle could be larger and more useful. Other than these minor concerns it is fantastic. Our old range took forever to boil water for pasta, this is much faster. Air fryer works great. Overall, so much better than our old (7 years old) range. Definitely would recommend.

Many reasons to not like this oven, wish we never bought it

We have had this oven for 2 weeks now, and we regret purchasing it. It is not what we expected, and certainly not worth the money we paid. The grates on top are extremely heavy and sit very high. The burners pop off with the slightest touch while trying to clean. The oven does not heat up as quickly as our old LG oven did. The bottom drawer is so cheaply made, you pull it out and it's so flimsy it just wobbles and squeaks. And to top it off, we had no idea that this oven would not fit flush up against the wall due to the way the back is and our gas line does not fit, something the people we bought it from should have made us aware was a possibility of so we could find something that would fit. It sticks out 4" and looks terrible. To fix the problem will require paying a plumber hundreds of dollars. I do NOT recommend this Frigidaire Gallery oven. First and last time purchasing this brand.

I like the Frigidaire brand so when I had to replace my Samsung stove, I choose this model because of the options it offered. I was not disappointed!!! I recently tried the steam roast option and my roast came out so tender and flavorful. I received several compliments. I am excited to try my steam bake option with vegetables next. This stove enhances my cooking!!! From the gas burners to the convection baking, I'm having a blast in my kitchen. I highly recommend!!
