The handle is made with a very low quality material. It started peeling off after a month. I tried contacting their customer service but the customer service was even worse. Very unprofessional and rude. Never again buying their products.

Just love my new over-the-range Frigidaire microwave. It's the 2024 version of the model I had for eight years. Love the improvements: ™€ 10 and 30 second "extra cook time" options (no longer have to wait to set a new time, just push the button while it's cooking, and it adds the extra cook time). ™€ Other programmable cooking options, where I can set two separate time and temp settings without every having to stop and reprogram something being cooked. Punch in the first setting, then the second, and it makes the adjustment without stopping.™€ Many options for end the of cooking "buzzer," such as, lowering the sound, turning it off completely, and more.™€ The view window and light is much better that the older model (can clearly see inside the microwave while the door is closed).Love it!

Finish only covered for 30 days

Purchased black stainless model in August 2024. In November 2024, we noticed the paint on the handle was flaking off. Customer service told us the finish is only covered for 30 days after purchase. Our only options were to live with it or purchase a new handle. No guarantee that the new handle would not flake as well.

I love Frigidaire appliances. My last microwave was a Frigidaire and it lasted 15 yrs. The only problem I have with the microwave is that when the door is closed it doesn™€™t match up with the control panel side. It works great, but it™€™s a little lower.
